Cookie Policy
Scope and Controller
1.1. This Policy explains how Employza uses cookies and similar technologies, including local storage, session storage and measurement scripts, in the Employza Service.
1.2. Employza is a modern global AI work platform that uses artificial intelligence, including agentic systems, to support people and organisations in work, career development, recruitment and workforce operations. The Service is operated by Krzysztof Rąpała under the Employza brand. Contact: support@employza.pl.
1.3. A cookie is a small value stored by a browser. Similar technologies may store information in the browser or transmit a limited event when a page or feature is used. The Privacy Policy explains the wider processing of personal data.
Cookie Categories
2.1. Strictly necessary technologies operate because they are required to provide a feature requested by the User, preserve security, authenticate an account, remember consent, maintain service continuity or apply abuse-prevention limits. They cannot be disabled through the Employza cookie panel, although browser controls may remove them and may prevent the Service from working correctly.
2.2. Analytical technologies measure visits, feature use, reliability and aggregate performance. They are disabled until the User gives the consent required by applicable law.
2.3. Marketing technologies may measure campaigns or support advertising. They are disabled until the User gives the consent required by applicable law. Recording a marketing-category choice does not mean that Employza currently deploys every possible marketing technology.
2.4. Employza does not use optional cookie consent as a condition for access to the core Service.
Current Essential Technologies
The current Service may use:
(a) cookieConsentStatus — remembers whether the cookie choice has been completed; first party; strictly necessary; up to 30 days;
(b) ui-locale — remembers the selected interface language; first party; functional and necessary to deliver the chosen language; up to 12 months;
(c) employza_guest_vision_id — maintains guest Vision continuity and protects request limits against simple evasion; first party; strictly necessary for that requested feature and service integrity; up to 12 months;
(d) authentication and session values — keep a signed-in User authenticated, protect account requests and support session security; first party or the selected authentication provider; retained for the session or the configured authentication period; and
(e) browser storage for interface state — may remember language, role, active conversation reference, temporary choices, draft state, public-job refresh state and other non-sensitive settings needed for the requested experience. Session values normally expire with the browser session; persistent values remain until their purpose expires, the User clears them or the account workflow removes them.
Names may change when necessary for security or technical migration. We will update this Policy if a change materially affects purpose or duration.
Analytics and Marketing Technologies
4.1. After analytical consent, Employza may load Google Analytics to measure aggregate use and reliability. The identifiers may include _ga and a property-specific _ga value. Employza configures these analytics cookies for up to 30 days. Google explains how it processes information from partner sites at https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
4.2. Analytical data is not used to make employment decisions or reveal candidate contact information. Consent can be withdrawn at any time; withdrawal stops future analytical storage and the Service attempts to remove the known first-party-accessible analytics cookies.
4.3. The interface includes a marketing choice so that any future optional campaign technology remains subject to prior control. Optional marketing technology must not be activated merely because the category exists; it requires the recorded consent and the disclosures applicable at the time.
4.4. Independent third-party pages opened from an external job link may use their own cookies. Their policies and controls apply on those pages.
Your Choices
5.1. On the first relevant visit, the cookie banner allows the User to accept all optional categories, choose only required technologies or adjust categories. The current choice can be changed later through Cookie settings available in the Service footer.
5.2. Refusing or withdrawing optional consent does not affect the lawfulness of prior processing and does not disable strictly necessary technologies. It may reduce analytics, personalisation or campaign measurement.
5.3. Browser settings can block or delete cookies and site storage. This may sign the User out, reset the language, remove local drafts or prevent security-sensitive features from operating.
5.4. Where a legally recognised browser privacy signal applies to a deployed optional technology, Employza will process it as required by applicable law.
Legal Bases and Retention
6.1. Access to or storage of strictly necessary information on the User's device is based on the exception for a service explicitly requested by the User under applicable electronic-communications rules. Related personal-data processing is based on performance of the service contract and legitimate interests in security and reliability.
6.2. Optional analytics and marketing storage is based on consent where required. Consent is granular, can be refused and can be withdrawn as easily as it is given.
6.3. Cookie durations are listed in Sections 3 and 4. Consent logs may be retained longer than the browser cookie where necessary to demonstrate compliance or resolve a dispute. Properly anonymised aggregate statistics may be retained without a personal identifier.
Updates and Contact
7.1. We update this Policy when cookie purposes, providers or material durations change. The date at the top identifies the current version. Where a change requires new consent, optional technology will remain disabled until that consent is obtained.
7.2. Translations are provided for accessibility. Mandatory local rights prevail over any inconsistent interpretation.
7.3. Questions about cookies or consent may be sent to support@employza.pl. Privacy rights and international-transfer information are described in the Privacy Policy at /privacy.
